Canon Collins Scholarships are available for pursuing taught masters degree programmes at certain UK universities. In order to apply, applicants must be a national of Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia or Zimbabwe.

Brief Description: Canon Collins Trust offers scholarships to support taught masters degree programmes at certain UK universities. The main objective of the university is to provide high quality, comprehensive educational and training opportunities that are compatible to changing needs

Eligibility: Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to apply for this scholarship:-
-partner with SOAS to co-fund two scholarships annually.
Applicants must:
-Be a national of, and normally resident in one of the following countries: Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
-Be in possession of a good Honours degree (minimum second class, upper division or equivalent) or about to graduate in the year of application
-Be applying for a full-time one-year taught master’s course in any subject.
-Have at least 2 years work experience in a relevant field

Award Includes: All these scholarships cover full tuition fees, a monthly stipend, a return economy flight, a settling-in allowance and other support whilst in the UK.

Study Program: Scholarships are available for pursuing taught masters degree programmes at the following universities: School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London; University of Sussex; Queen Mary, University of London The Simon and Deirdre Gaskell Scholarship at Queen Mary, University of Edinburgh

Study Major: The School of Oriental and African Studies and University of Sussex scholarships are awarded in any subject. Queen Mary, University of London limited to the in Global Public Health and Policy. University of Edinburgh is limited to the MSc in African Studies.
